Job scope:
- Coordinate clients’ orders and projects ( new clients, new development especially Export business) from Enquirers to clients’
- Follow up closely with Sales Managers and Customers’ requirements
- to support Sales Managers to expand business/ sales area
- Participate in internal meetings when they are related to hands on work.
- Search on customer leads, markets, channels
- To comply with all specific responsibilities stipulated in the Quality Management System documentations.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum two years working experience in administration/ projects coordination
- Education with diploma or degree
- Communication skill in writing emails, telecommunication
- Well verse with Microsoft / office application
- Interpersonal skill
- Positive attitude and passionate in learning
- Multi-lingual proficiency preferably but not definitely
