Job scope:

  • Coordinate clients’ orders and projects ( new clients, new development especially Export business) from Enquirers to clients’
  • Follow up closely with Sales Managers and Customers’ requirements
  • to support Sales Managers to expand business/ sales area
  • Participate in internal meetings when they are related to hands on work.
  • Search on customer leads, markets, channels
  • To comply with all specific responsibilities stipulated in the Quality Management System documentations.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum two years working experience in administration/ projects coordination
  • Education with diploma or degree
  • Communication skill in writing emails, telecommunication
  • Well verse with Microsoft / office application
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Positive attitude and passionate in learning
  • Multi-lingual proficiency preferably but not definitely
