Job Summary
- Manage recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Dealing with government agencies over regulatory approvals and other relevant permits/ license/ applications relating to business
- Ensure insurances (staffs and company vehicles) are renewed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Company’s policy
- To prepare the training dan development documents, and organize the training programs
- To check and prepare daily and monthly for employee attendance
- Manage expatriate employment pass processing, including quota application, new application, renewal and cancellation.
- Update HR policy and procedures, employee handbook to keep it validated and relevant based on prevailing status and local statutory compliance.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
- To undertake other ad-hoc task/projects pertaining to human resource functions as and when required.
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (advantageous)
- Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality
- Good Command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
