Building Executive (Klang Valley)

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in building management or facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse tenant populations and addressing their needs.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, as the role involves interacting with tenants from mainland China

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the building, including security, cleaning, maintenance, and tenant services.
• Coordinate with building manager, technician staff, and external vendors to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of the building.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• To attend and supervise all building operations including the use of common areas, facilities, access control, security procedures, cleaning, building maintenance, lift usage, tenants’ conditions and parking arrangements.
• To assist Building Manager on imposing the ‘House Rules’ and other regulations included ‘Strata Title Act 1985’ (Act 318) and ‘Strata Management Act 2013’ (Act 757).
• To prepare and ensure all units owners/ tenants receives monthly/ periodic billing on time
