Content Creation & Production:- Develop, plan, and create original content that showcases Kay’s Steak & Lobster’s premium dining experience, menu items, promotions, and brand values.
- Produce high-quality images and videos of dishes, behind-the-scenes footage, chef interviews, customer testimonials, and other restaurant-related content.
- Write engaging and creative copy for social media posts, website content, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements that reflect the brand's voice.
- Edit and format images, videos, and other media for various platforms, ensuring content is optimized for performance on each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Social Media Management:- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar and schedule regular posts across all social media platforms.
- Engage with Kay’s Steak & Lobster’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to adjust content strategies accordingly.
Brand Storytelling & Consistency:- Develop content that tells the story of Kay’s Steak & Lobster’s unique dining experience, including its Halal-certified status, fine-dining ambiance, and premium quality ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content and communication channels.
Campaign Support:- Assist in creating promotional content for special events, seasonal menu launches, and new restaurant openings (such as the new outlet in Elmina).
- Support marketing campaigns with tailored content that drives engagement and conversions, such as limited-time offers, loyalty programs, and giveaways.
Photography & Videography:- Conduct photoshoots and film videos of signature dishes, restaurant interiors, and live events to use across digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using professional editing software to ensure a polished and professional presentation.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the kitchen, at special events, and with staff to humanize the brand and create shareable content.
Content Analysis & Reporting:- Track and analyze the performance of content through insights and analytics to understand what works and what doesn’t.
- Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, offering recommendations to improve future content performance.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:- Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with chefs and restaurant staff to understand the brand’s values, the story behind the dishes, and the customer experience, using this knowledge to create more authentic content.
Customer Engagement:- Encourage user-generated content from customers by running campaigns, contests, and challenges to increase brand interaction.
- Repost or share content from satisfied customers, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
Trend Research & Innovation:- Stay up to date with food and restaurant industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital content best practices.
- Experiment with new content types, formats, and trends to keep the brand’s online presence fresh and relevant.
