  • Coordinate and maintain records of all activities in buying materials, equipment, machinery and supplies
  • Control purchasing budgets and forecast procurement needs by ensuring it is according to the purchasing policies and procedures
  • Work closely with operations department and contracts & commercial department in inventory management and control
  • Ensure all contractors/vendors are registered and assessed in accordance with company policies and guidelines
  • Liaise with suppliers on all quotations.
  • Overall review all monthly submission Invoices and DO and purchase orders to the finance department.
  • Provide office administrative support and general administrative duties
  • Assist in preparations of quotations, invoice and Delivery orders.
  • Set up a neat and efficient filing system
  • Track project progress claim
  • Prepare documents for daily projects.
  • Filling paperwork, preparing documents for project manager

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), business management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project.
  • Preferably mandarin speaker due to nature of work
  • Experienced in construction industry
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
