  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

  • Responsible for the Accounts Payable (AP) function for our group of companies
  • Ensure smooth daily AP operations including but not limited to communicate with vendors and user departments to verify the accuracy of invoices in order to issue payment promptly
  • Verify transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Process employees claims, sales commission and trainers fee as well as work with various departments to resolve invoices and claims.
  • Review month AP ageing and creditors reconciliation.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds required for payment.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries on AP matters.
  • Assist in yearly audit
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Entry Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero and Business Central)
