  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:-

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Registered Valuer, Estate Agent & Property Manager with 1 to 2 years of post-registration experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of property valuation and property consultancy activities, with responsibilities that include:

• Conducting property valuations for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties.

• Performing in-depth real estate research and market analysis to support valuation reports and property consultancy assignments.

• Managing property listings and transactions in real estate sales and leasing.

• Overseeing property management duties, including liaising with tenants, landlords, and service providers.

• Marketing and promoting properties to potential buyers and tenants.

• Leading and managing teams to achieve the above.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with banks, corporate clients, auditors, solicitors, and local authorities to facilitate property valuations and related matters.

• Preparing detailed and compliant valuation reports for financing, corporate purposes, audits and other purposes.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Identifying and executing related business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of post-registration experience as a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent & Property Manager.

• Proven expertise in property valuation, real estate research, estate agency work, property management, and sales.

• Strong network and experience liaising with banks, corporate clients, local authorities, auditors, and solicitors.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to lead teams with good leadership skills.

• MUST be registered with LPPEPH as a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager.
