THE JOB:
- To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets
- To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop/grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts
- To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships
- To determine market requirements and push towards making a real and significant impact in the healthcare industry in existing and new products
- To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Biomedical, Biology, BioTechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent.
Experience
- Preferably 1-5 Year(s) of working experience in a related field, such as medical technologist or medical sales
Knowledge, Competencies
- Knowledge in some of the following areas would be ideal: Clinical Laboratory, Clinical Diagnostics, IVD, Medical Technology, Clinical Chemistry, Biochemistry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and Self-learning attitude
- Determined and Resourceful
- Candidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us.
