Tasks & responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients by understanding their needs and clearly communicating project scopes, timelines, and deliverables through meetings and presentations.
• Technical Support: Provide expert advice and technical guidance on mechanical systems and promptly address any client inquiries or concerns.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and incorporate their feedback to enhance services.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with suppliers to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against schedules and budgets, and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications through thorough reviews and inspections.
• Cost Estimation: Analyze project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive and competitive project proposals that align with client budgets and expectations while ensuring company profitability.
• Bid Management: Participate in the bidding process by submitting timely and accurate proposals and assessing competitor pricing to inform quoting strategies.
