  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Role

To take responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, including design, research, prototyping, engineering documentation, estimating, mock-up co-ordination and process improvement.

What You Will Do

Engineering

  • To be aligned with the company’s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principle
  • To work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPIs
  • Carries out detailed mechanical design work include 3D modelling, including simulation & surface modelling.
  • Responsible for documenting every information during design stage and approval of design on each project. Also, to ensure the files are up-to-date according to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Highlight all technical risk on the design to the Manager or Superior prior to design complete.
  • Once a project is confirmed, responsible to coordinate and liaise with related team to prepare
  • Fabrication drawings to allow manufacture or purchase of parts.
  • Responsible for New/Customize products to work closely with supplier, operation and production to ensure products are manufacture as per design.
  • Responsible for reporting progress on all assigned task to their superior.
  • Responsible to coordinate with supplier in term of engineering issue.
  • Responsible of managing the task in a timely basis.

QA/QC

  • Responsible to attend customer’s complaint and carry-out necessary action needed to prevent and resolve current issue.
  • Responsible for Troubleshooting and countermeasure problematic seat
  • To work with Quality Control on a Testing Method for incoming and outgoing product
  • Take initiative on Quality improvement which benefit for company

Production

  • Responsible to attend pre-production and take part in term of FDTN respond to the team
  • Responsible to attend production issue where is findings raised by Production or QC
  • Coordinate a Work Instruction for production
  • Design jig and fixture for production if necessary

What You Should Have

  • Must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiar with material specification, technical process and fabrication process
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office up to date version
  • Excellent Solid Work & AutoCAD Software in any version
  • Willing to exert more effort in learning and has a sense of curiosity on its work
