Human Resources

1) Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource duties including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, handle of payroll processing and administration.

2) Review and develop HR policies, strategies based on corporate guidelines.
3) Manage visa/passport/permit applications for foreign employees and professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
4) Effectively oversee foreign labor affairs, including dormitory-related matters, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
5) Ensure company compliance with government regulations, laws, and labor regulations.
6) Lead the recruitment process and collaborate with department heads to organize skill testing programs.
7) Provide onboarding training for new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the organization.
8) Maintain and update the employee database, organize proper record-keeping and filing of employee correspondences and documents.
9) Collaborate with department heads to conduct regular reviews of employee job performance and provide constructive feedback.


Administration

1) Monitor and record all invoices/delivery notes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
2) Oversee, apply for, and renew relevant Malaysian government licenses related to the industry.
3) Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents to ensure effective communication and compliance.
4) Manage office supplies procurement, research new deals, and optimize cost savings with suppliers.
5) Assist the production team in resolving general purchasing issues, supporting smooth operations.
6) Execute any temporary tasks assigned by the management to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

7) Support minor in administrative duties and activities relating LMW.

Job Requirements:-

a) Qualification : Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.

b) At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

c) Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

d) Basic knowledge of Labor Laws.

e) Experience with LMW Knowledge is an added advantage.

e) Multi-tasking, resourceful , capable of working with minimal supervision and high self-discipline.

f) Able to start work immediately or short notice period.
