We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is a team player, problem solver and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Description:
- Provide 24/7 customer support through calls, chats and emails.
- Respond effectively to customer’s query regarding products, services, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in processing account related request and overall account management.
- Ensure complete and accurate information are recorded in the system.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate resolution on a given time frame.
- Work closely with internal and external department in escalating issues to provide resolution to each problem.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Added advantage with BPO experience.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with international customer.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Amenable to work onsite and in shifting schedule.
- Amenable to working night shift (e.g. 4pm to 1am).
