Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct extensive prospecting and telemarketing activities by generating leads, follow up, qualify and convert them into prospects and customers.
- Establishes, develops and maintains close business relationships with customers to develop them into long term clients.
- Solicit information, diagnose, research to uncover real and latent needs, desires, and expectations of prospects, customers and market.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for assigned existing and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales and marketing effort with Business Development teams, sales support, marketing, accounting, purchasing, technical, production, quality control and/or cross various department.
- Monitor, back up and contribute towards improvement in the entire Sales Fulfillment processes irrespective of departments and sections.
- Analyzes the territory/market's potential and formulate marketing strategies.
- Prompt follow up on Accounts Receivable, payment collection and resolve payment issues. Overdue amounts must be follow-up and recover within the time frame set by management.
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or any related field.
- Good in communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and highly self-motivated
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Industrial Sales
- Training will be provided.
