Tasks & responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationship management with Buyers and drive business development in portfolio of buyers to achieve revenue targets.
  • To lead and carryout end to end product development process for all sample type development to final sample for style commercialization.
  • To prepare, monitor and manage development of order inclusive of costing
  • Liaise directly with buyer to understand requirements, define and clarify on any material and technical and co-work with cross-functional department for final product commercialization.
  • Prepare, review and analyses costing to meet buyer’s cost and pricing expectation.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet the buyer's standards and protocols
  • Ensuring timely product development and meeting established deadlines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure production timelines are adhered to for style execution and commercialization.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and consistency of garment.
  • Problem solving product development issues with technical team in dealing with new technical know-how and lab for all testing protocol.
  • To work and guide subordinates on product development work process enhancement to achieve departmental goals and timelines.
  • Managing design projects from inception to completion, including sourcing and developing products that showcase the company's production capabilities and align with customer requirements.

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, fashion design or a related field.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent in command of English, with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
