As the Head of Human Resources, you will drive business growth and performance by leading and maintaining a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Executive Team to determine and fulfill the strategic talent needs of all teams (Thailand, Malaysia, other countries).

Your daily activities include:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted member of the leadership team,
  • Develop a clear understanding of the business and translate needs into HR strategic and operational plans,
  • Establish HR presence, building relationships and trust across all organization levels, and
  • Provide leadership on all human resource matters and for the entire HR team.

Talent Recruitment and Retention

  • Develop and drive the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the hiring of top-tier talent aligned with the mission, values, and culture, and accommodating staffing fluctuations,
  • Lead recruitment for high-impact positions (Head, Senior Manager, key expansion roles),
  • Oversee the full recruitment process of all positions and internal TA performance,
  • Build comprehensive staffing and compensation strategies to attract and retain top performers, and
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to implement intangible retention practices such as training, coaching, resourcing, and scope realignment.

Administration

  • Oversee all human resource-related agreements and documentation,
  • Ensure the implementation of policies and processes required by law and for high performance,
  • Maintain a systems approach to HR management and policies,
  • Liaise with vendors and support teams to obtain cost-effective employee benefits.

  • Business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytical proficiency,
  • Strong communications skills and empathy,
  • Excellent command of English, and
  • 5+ years of experience in people-related activities.
