Our client: A MNC Food Manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare productions plans and to achieve production yields, quality targets and on time delivery.
  • To plan, organize and developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency to meet the production schedules.
  • To motivate & lead the teams and maintain constant communication with management, staff, and other functional to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Continuous monitoring to maximize production output, and minimize wastage of materials, time and resources.
  • To coordinate and liaise with respective departmental, Quality, Planning and Maintenance, R&D, etc to enable the operation to operate in the best manner and most effective way.
  • Good inventory management by implementing good procedures and practices for materials receiver, withdrawing, returning and system updating in compliance to the organization standards.
  • To ensure all the operation work orders close timely and accurately.
  • To carry out regular and yearly stock count with no major variances.
  • To ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken to deal with non-conformance (internal & external) found in production and warehousing area.
  • To implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
  • To ensuring good warehouse management to ensure flawless goods loading activities that meeting the schedule plan.
  • To monitor and control production process and make adjustment to the operation in event of a problem.
  • To recruit, manage and develop manpower team to achieve high performance standard.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science and other Science related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in managerial position in food industry or other related industry.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge on quality standard audit that related to HACCP, GMP, ISO, YUM, BRC etc.
  • Knowledge of general business software (SAP/JED) and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
