Role Description:

This position will be part of our Project Management Customer Service (PMCS) team and will report to the PMCS Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The heart of our customer-centric approach lies within our PMCS team. The PMCS team is the linchpin that ensures our logistics operations not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. At the intersection of project management and customer service, this team is instrumental in driving successful project outcomes while fostering lasting client relationships.

This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of being an effective team player and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Manage client relationships for revenue growth, billing, and overall project accountability

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, end-consumers and vendors by maintaining regular communication

· Identify and mitigate potential project risks and proactively address issues to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating when necessary

· Ensure that vendor billings and invoices are properly recorded and accurate

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Customer Service/Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
  • Minimally 2 years of progressive Project Management/Customer Service/Supply Chain/Logistics sector experience
  • Ability to confidently present and pitch ideas to internal/external stakeholders
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
  • Strong command of English as we operate globally with many international clients
