We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Partnerships Analyst to join our Banking as a Service (BaaS) team. This role is integral to the growth and operational success of our BaaS program, a cornerstone of our bank's digital transformation strategy. As a BaaS Partnerships Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our business partnerships through in-depth analysis, strategic insights, and agile operational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply design thinking to understand partner needs and co-create solutions that enhance partner performance.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and ensure that our partnerships are not only aligned with the bank’s strategic goals but also adaptable to evolving market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, IT, compliance, and finance—as well as with external partners, driving the success of our BaaS platform. The work will involve sprint-based projects where you’ll contribute to the agile development process, helping to iterate and refine partnership strategies quickly and effectively.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new partners, ensuring seamless integration into our platform while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role will involve conducting market research to identify potential partners and expansion opportunities. The insights and recommendations will directly influence the strategic direction of our partnership efforts, with an emphasis on innovation and user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an analytical or support role within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
  • Proven experience in design thinking and agile methodology to deliver value-first, user-centered solutions. 3 or more years of experience in a agile role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Banking as a Service (BaaS) platforms and digital banking solutions is highly desirable.
