Position Overview:

The Human Resources Executive will oversee all HR functions and ensure that ABAC Centre of Excellence Sdn. Bhd. Operates smoothly with an engaged and motivated workforce. The role involves recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The HR Executive will also support ABAC’s corporate culture, ensuring that the values of integrity and excellence are upheld across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee queries, resolving any issues related to policies, procedures, and workplace conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance appraisal processes and ensure continuous development of staff.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Malaysian labour laws and manage HR reporting requirements.
  • HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies that align with ABAC’s values and international standards, especially around compliance and integrity.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee the payroll process, ensure accurate and timely distribution of salaries, and manage employee benefits.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for record-keeping, attendance, and other employee-related data.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to promote a positive work culture and ensure high employee satisfaction and retention levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within a corporate or international environment.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
