  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:-

To ensure completion and progress of Body & Paint planning & operation and to assist Head Body & Paint Management to achieve KPI on Body & Paint business for After Sales Divsion.

Job Responsibilities:-

Body & Paint Planning:

Annual Management Plan

  • To assist Head Body & Paint on Planning, monitoring, directing and coordinating meeting the target set in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
  • To assist in achieving the target for Body & Paint revenue.
  • To execute and ensure compliance to SOP.

Planning of Body & Paint Business

  • To assist Head for expansion of Body & Paint network planning by identifying potential business partners.
  • To assist in planning and revlewing the operational standard in order to strengthen the network.
  • To assist in planning and strategles on market analysis for Body and paint business opportunities,
  • To promote and improve on PIP and N/PIP market share.

Planning on Process Improvement

  • To assist in planning on effective and efficient marketing plan for Body and Paint business.
  • To support on process and procedure for body & paint dealers and Body & Paint contractor new appointments.
  • To review for renewal/termination of body & paint dealers and Body & Paint contractor agreements
  • To assist in planning on incentive program for staff and dealers to promote more revenue and give motivation to the sales team.
  • To improve on payment process for body and paint Branch and dealer.
  • To facilitate outlet to achieve their AMP target.
  • To ensure smooth operations at outlets

Body & Paint Operation:

BP Operation on Business

  • Responsible for the expansion of body & paint network by identifying potential business partners.
  • Develop and review operational standards in order to strengthen the network.
  • Building business relationship with insurance companies, body & paint dealers, and contractors.
  • Conduct market analysis on body & paint business for business opportunities.

BP Operation on Process Improvement

  • Develops body & paint business by planning effective and efficient marketing plan.
  • Managing body & paint dealers and body & paint contractor new appointments.
  • Review for renewal/termination of body & paint dealers and body & paint contractor agreements.
  • Develop incentive program for staff and dealers to promote more revenue and give motivation to sales team
  • Ensure compliance on SOP/WI

Output/Key Performance Indicator

  • To facilitate outlets to achieve their AMPY target.
  • To ensure smooth operations at outlets.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business Admin orother related.
  • Minimum 7to 10 years' working experience in automotive industry expecially Body & Paint business.
  • Familiar with Service and Body & Paint Operations and process
  • Technical skill in Automative and Body Repair
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good team player, networking, planning and project management.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving problems.
