Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Management

Reports To

Role Purpose
  • This position is accountable to supervise and direct the execution of stakeholder management and engagement activities by ensuring high standard of day-to-day employee services are delivered effectively across business units. Leveraging on data analysis, the role proactively anticipates the employee requirements based on the trend of the service request report to determine of the relevant solutions and intervention which result in sustainable employee experience.
Key Accountability
  • The incumbent will lead a team of EA managing the stakeholder of each business units to identify problems, challenge the status quo and provide viable solutions to all customer requests.
  • Develop and lead a high-functioning team with a focus on operational discipline and efficiency, automation of deliverables, and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with HC process owners to develop and maintain an up-to-date Group Human Capital Corporate Policy to deliver a consistent experience to all MAG employees and be the contact point for the HCBDs in providing the statutory perspectives and point out any potential legal risks for any occurrence non-compliances to ensure governance and consistency of practise across organization.
  • Builds strong working relationships and communications with staff, HOD's and other departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfilment of requirements/needs.
  • Manage workload and resource distribution across teams, including assignment of work in order to ensure smooth operations in delivering the required service as per agreed SLA.
  • Investigate and analyse any findings of non-compliance to GHC policies and procedures among employees and/or BU and provide analysis to the HOD in defining the relevant intervention and solutions.
  • To evaluate, adjust and guide enterprise team performance, training team members and developing processes that drive customer experience.
  • Execute special projects and tracking progress towards company goals and assist the supervisor in conducting regular audits policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  • Organize a seamless end to end employee data throughout entire employee lifecycle while maintaining the data integrity. Additionally, to support communication to employees with regards to any changes in their employee journey.
  • Ensure the team is executing the process of verification and validation prior to approval of all workflow transactions to ensure all information are captured accurately and timely.
  • Manage escalation from internal key stakeholders so they are well informed and equipped with knowledge on current processes and procedures to accurately and timely resolved their HC related issue.
  • Plan, manage and administrate the face-to-face deployment of mobile GHC Services at different location as one of the communications and engagement channels to employee.
  • Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting needed to support routine management oversight on business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables.
Qualification & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or other fields related to Human Resource, Finance, Communication, etc.
  • Experienced as HR Generalist/Specialist, with more than 5 years of experience and 1 year in supervisory experience.
