Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Training and Development

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of all employees. This role requires proficiency in HRDcorp procedures, conducting training sessions (preferably), updating training materials, and maintaining accurate training records. The Training and Development Officer will work closely with different departments to identify training needs and will play a key role in the onboarding and orientation of new hires.

Culture and Employee Engagement

  • Build a Strong Employer Brand to attract and retain top talent. Turning business into an attractive employer by fostering a positive company culture that reflects your values and mission.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience across group of companies
  • Support the management of employee experience frameworks and processes.
  • Design and administer employee pulse surveys to gauge employee sentiment, and collaborate with HR heads to provide actionable recommendations based on the results.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, wellbeing programs, and other initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the recruitment field, culture with a focus on onboarding, training, facilitation, and employee experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess employee needs, evaluate feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for improving the work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • A dynamic and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Literate in MS Office applications.
