Front Desk(Hotel)/Receptionist

- To handle guest check in/out in friendly manner.
- To handle guest interactions, assist in all inquiries in connection with housekeeping services, hours of operations, directions, complaints etc. with the highest of professionalism
- To respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
- To utilize computer systems to check guests in/out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for booked dates
- To accept reservations, changes and cancellations and answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of reservation staff.
-To make sure the rooms are ready for guest to stay.
-To keep track records of all the amenities, service sheet of electronic devices and stock list for all items.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Pleasant deposition with good telephone etiquette, social skills and excellent service mindset.
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holiday.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Familiar with OTA platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of team across multicultural environment.
- Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an advantage.
