Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager and lead the data-driven decision-making for our Digibank offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support strategic programs. Your expertise will help us understand customer behavior, optimize our products, and improve overall user experience. You will develop machine learning models, creating dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring that our data strategies align with business objectives in Digibank.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya and hybrid.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will collaborate with digibank teams to understand their data needs.
  • You will analyse large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • You will provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making for digibanks.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • You will create dashboards and reports to visualise important metrics and insights.
  • You will present recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
