Finance / Accounting Executive

Able handle full set accounts (monthly and yearly basis}
Liaising with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, suppliers and sub-contractors' preparation of budget/forecast, cash flow projection, tax estimates
monitoring cash flow of the company
Ensure timely closing of accounts during month end or year end
Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc function and related duties assigned from time to time
provide guidance to fellow team members
provide support to management in the preparation, analysis and reporting of financial results
credit control functions and collections

• Candidates who possess at least LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or currently pursuing accounting courses such as ACCA or CIMA are encouraged to apply at least 3 years of working experience in related filed will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in full set accounts
• Familiar with SQL accounting Software will be an added advantage
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well at all levels
