The HR and Admin Executive will play a crucial role in managing and executing human resource and administrative tasks.

This position requires someone efficient, discreet, and capable of handling various duties that facilitate the smooth running of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, from advertising vacancies to on-boarding new hires.
• Prepare all HR-related letters, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll and respond to employee compensation and benefit queries.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and conducting disciplinary procedures.
• Support developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the retail environment.
• To manage and oversee employee benefits utilisation such as overtime, wage, allowance, leave and staff medical as per HR policies and guidelines.
• Manage company insurance needs, including reviewing policies, coordinating with insurance providers, and handling claims.
• Oversee general office administration tasks, such as managing supplies and liaising with external vendors.
• Organize staff welfare activities and initiatives to promote a healthy work culture.
• Handle the application and renewal of business licenses and permits required for retail operations.
• Handle all types of procurement.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments by management from time to time.

Qualifications:


• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the retail sector.
• In-depth understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
