Job Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, & prepare proposals for all Procurement Matters
  • Plan, manage, & execute the tender process in a timely manner
  • Manage Supply base (rationalize/optimization supply base) – streamline supply source
  • To monitor and support sourcing and category management activities, contract management, spend analysis and cost saving initiatives.
  • To monitor and support competitive tender execution and contract, terms and condition negotiation.
  • To play the role of principal negotiator with relevant vendors for the supply and delivery of all facilities related equipment, goods or services.
  • Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Delivery of the set objectives in line with KPIs agreed on Performance management system.
  • Act as back-up to Facility Management Executive.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration or relevant.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Procurement.
  • IT knowledge or Corporate experience will be an added advantage.
  • Possess skill and knowledge of tools for evaluating supplier performance.
  • Attention to detail is key, with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion to learn more.
  • Strong logical reasoning capabilities to navigate a complex or ambiguous situation in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
