What's the Role?

- Achieving sales planning/ target through territory assigned
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the façade market in construction industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and developers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding façade systems and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our façade products.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in façade technology.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the façade market.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Expanding sales coverage by acquiring new client and maintain good business relationship with existing clients to build up loyalty based on the customer loyalty journey.
- Demo products and services in person, face-to-face, with customer.
- Applying discipline sales execution towards customer development with planning annually/ monthly/ weekly/ daily activities with clear objectives to ensure productive sales calls.
- To be expertise in handling customers' enquiries/complaints and provide ideal solution.
- Preparing quotations and monitors progress of customer order and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a variety of departments (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service etc)
- Attending to other ad-hoc matter or task as and when required by team leader.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.
Scope: Senior/expert role in Account Manager structure.

What you need is:
  • Preferable Diploma, Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the construction or façade industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and solutions.
  • Previous sales experience in construction is an added advantage
  • Ability to thrive both, independently and in a team environment
  • Persuasive, persistent and a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance team mindset
  • Flexibility to changing environments with the ability to work under pressure.
