  • Ensure payment transactions are processed and properly recorded
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in Credit Control together with the Senior
  • Maintain proper accounting record and filing

  • Provide administrative assistance to management
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Min 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
  • Preferably Junior Executive with experience in General Accounting
  • Familiar with SQL software is a bonus
