- Develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness
- Fully support HRBP (C&B) to ensure monthly task run smoothly
- Submit and perform timely and accurate payroll administration
- Submit general HR Report (attendance, leave, claim etc.)
- Ensure all the procedure and practice compliance with employment laws and HR policies
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, exit interviews and necessary documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation
- Provide support and implement employee engagement HR initiatives and activities
- Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes
- Handle daily office administration
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
- Can speak in English
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
