About the Role

The Sales and Partnership Administrator - China will support the development and execution of the client and partner onboarding, fee structure configuration, payment query escalation amongst other things. The position will also be responsible for routine competitor analysis and continued revision and assessment of sales and partnership program performance. The role will also provide support to the Regional Head of China through monitoring, reporting, and auditing affiliates, their channels, and various promotions on offer.

Key Accountabilities

A Sales and Partnership Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting a company’s sales and partnership activities. Their key accountabilities typically include:

  • Support Sales Team in managing clients and affiliates’ profile through our CRM System.
  • Act as a customer service role to reply to clients’ enquiries on live chat in a timely manner
  • Produce timely, high-quality KYC profiles to smooth clients and affiliates’ onboarding process.
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of client’s needs and keep good communications with operation and finance team to ensure these get solved in a timely manner
  • Working hours flexibility to meet the demands of the business. Early or late market coverage may be required
  • Conduct routine audits of affiliates to ensure they’re compliant, adhering to T&Cs and representing our brand in a positive manner.
  • Conduct monthly audits of qualified clients and review all administrative adjustments for any referral deemed to be ineligible.
  • Measure and report the performance of all affiliate marketing promotions and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of affiliates across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective traffic flow; improve processes and reduce discrepancies while ensuring compliance and scalable communication process.
  • Design and implement T&C documentation for specific promotions and knowledge base articles
  • Source new potential partners for Blueberry Markets.
  • The position is required to carry out any additional duties or projects to the department/team.
