We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin / Human Resource Intern to join our team. The Admin / Human Resource Intern will assist in inputting and maintaining company information within our system. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in customer relationship management and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining accurate company information in the system.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
  • Support the team in managing customer and company records, including contact details, interactions, and activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and verify information for input.
  • Help in generating reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide support for admin / HR related projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Studies, Human Resource or any related fields.
  • Willing to work at Kuchai Lama.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
