Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
Assist and report to supervisor on operations, activities, productivity and others.
Monitor and control staff productivity and performance.
Develop staff by train, mentor and provide regular feedback.
Monitor and control the budget and expenses of the warehouse.
Manage inventory by maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure efficient space utilization of warehouse.
Monitor operations and routine inspection of MHE and report any problems to Maintenance Department.
Maintain supplies and equipment.
Report and investigate any problems or irregularities to superior and recommend potential solutions.
Maintain systematic and accurate record and documentation.
Ensure the warehouse and staff are compliant with work procedures, policies, health and safety rules and regulations.
Identify areas of improvement (e.g. processes, procedures, working environment, etc.)
Perform routine inspection of the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse area.
Prepare and analyse reports (e.g. warehouse operations, productivity, inventory levels, etc.)
Attend to customers’ enquiries and problems.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Communicate with supervisor on staff attendance, health, satisfaction, working attitude and other issues (if any).
Monitor, train and evaluate probationers and update HRA Department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
