- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment, as well as basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting or moving materials as needed.
