Job Descriptions:
- Prepared daily payment cheque and online payment.
- Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
- Maintain good documentation and filing system.
- Follow up on any discrepancies or disputes
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in both spoken and written – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, responsible and positive working attitude.
- Able to perform multitasking in fast-paced working environment.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
