What You'll Do:
- Provide system operation training, consultation, and technical support to company employees. Identify and report system issues to management, coordinating with external service providers when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as a franchise system administrator, handling system initialization, permission management, and configuration maintenance.
- Gather and analyze customized requirements, collaborating with HQ IT to support system research and communicate technical solutions involving internal and external providers.
- Monitor system development progress, including planning and management for verification and trial operation stages post-launch.
- Offer technical support for company computers, networks, email systems, and office software.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT system development with the ability to quickly master system operations.
- Project management experience with proficiency in overseeing IT project processes.
- Strong understanding of both business and systems, paired with excellent communication skills to assist employees in system use.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
