Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Patient Liaison Officer to ensure that all patient, stay and discharge are carried out well.
- To maintain safety and effective security procedures for the hospital and report any suspicious activities to the Security Department immediately for further action.
- To provide information to customers, visitors and staff regarding current hospital events and special functions and services.
- To ensure patients and customers are being taken care of at lobby area.
- To multi-task with reception counter as telephone operators when necessary.
- Assisting with escorting patients at admission and discharge.
- To maintain a harmonious and good working relationship with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- To undertake any other duties, responsibilities and assignments which may be delegated from time to time in an efficient and responsible manner.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent
- Preferably at least 2 years with some customer service experiences
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English or any other language or dialect
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Sincere and trustworthy
