Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive supports the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding. They also manage employee resignations, contract updates, and maintain accurate employee records. Additional duties include preparing reports, organizing company events, managing office supplies, and addressing employee queries. The role ensures smooth office operations and performs various administrative tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participating in recruitment and selection process – Screening and shortlist potential candidates, coordinate interview arrangement, etc
- Liaise with candidates for on-board process from document preparation, acknowledgement and personal file creation.
- Assisting resignation process – Acceptance of Resignation Letter, Exit Interview Form and company property collection, termination job related account.
- To prepare confirmation, extend, renewal and termination of contract.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records in the system and database
- Participating in company event arrangement and meeting setting.
- To support effective filing / retrieving system and record keeping
- Prepare monthly report and do the submission according to the management dateline
- Responsible for managing office stationeries supply and monitoring the maintenance of office equipment.
- Processing employee queries (verbal / written) and close within timeline.
- To perform ad-hoc assignments, support or activities required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working Day and Working Hour:
- Monday - Friday
- Off Day for every Public Holiday
- Working Hour - 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
