As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide online support to our customers on major e-marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and social media channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide customers with product information, recommendations, and other relevant information
  • Help customers to resolve any issues related to their orders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer support process and experience

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an ecommerce company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
