CONTRACT / PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Are you passionate about construction project management and skilled in contract administration? We're searching for a talented Contract Executive to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing contracts and procurement for our construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for pre and post contract management.
• Monitoring materials and construction cost, variation order and final accounts.
• Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates.
• Check contract documents, prepare main claims and subcontract certificates.
• Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties.
• Collaborate with consultant, suppliers, contractor and sub-contractors.
• Co-ordinate with finance department on payment related matters, monitoring monthly projection of cash flow.
• Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
• Prepare/verify payment claims and finalize final account of projects.

Minimum Requirements/ Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to contract management and procurement.
• At least 1 year of working experience in construction field.
• Possess own transport and attend site inspection and valuation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Contract/Project Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
• construction industry: 1 year (Preferred)

• Kuala Lumpur (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
