Coshare Holdings Berhad is looking for an Admin Support Officer. He or she will be responsible for managing the daily credit administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Manager and must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.
Duties & Responsibilities :-
- To perform the credit administration and collection daily tasks
- Renewal of licenses
- Work with customers to arrange alternative payment plans as necessary
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare periodic reports on collection activity
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Assist in the training of new Admin Support
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
