Responsibilities

  • Be part of the culinary team working in a commercial kitchen
  • Supervise meals production, according to production schedules and menu cycle
  • Stock control, ordering and rotation
  • Plan staff rosters
  • Ensure production staff adhere to food safety and hygiene requirement

Requirements:

  • Able to converse in English
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in hotel F&B
  • Possess with culinary related education certificate

Other information:

  • Salary between SGD 2,400 - SGD 4,000 depending on experience
  • Entitled to shift allowance and overtime payment
  • Working location: Changi Airport
  • Working hours: 6 days work week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
