Responsibilities
- Be part of the culinary team working in a commercial kitchen
- Supervise meals production, according to production schedules and menu cycle
- Stock control, ordering and rotation
- Plan staff rosters
- Ensure production staff adhere to food safety and hygiene requirement
Requirements:
- Able to converse in English
- Have at least 5 years of experience in hotel F&B
- Possess with culinary related education certificate
Other information:
- Salary between SGD 2,400 - SGD 4,000 depending on experience
- Entitled to shift allowance and overtime payment
- Working location: Changi Airport
- Working hours: 6 days work week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
