  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Base: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set accounting for small companies.
  • Perform AP/AR functions, including supplier invoices, processing payments, and receipts.
  • Conduct monthly closings and prepare management reports, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Handle GST reporting, corporate taxation, and statutory audits to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Provide assistance and administrative support to the finance department.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with the ACCPAC accounting system is a plus.
  • Undertaking any ad hoc projects as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
