  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Manage company's software, hardware and networking operating system.
  • Perform application maintenance that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting and monitoring.
  • Provides 1st level support of IT infrastructure: Printer, Server, Router, Firewall, Network Switches, CCTV, Email, and Website which include basic configuration.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware in-house and on-site.
  • Liaison with internal users for system enhancement and external parties for quotation, software licenses and etc.
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of hardware, software and resources and perform periodically IT Asset and software audit.
  • Maintain log and list of required repairs and maintenance.
  • Install and maintain proper system of work stations.
  • Provide proactive technical support to assist in the long-term planning of the replacement and upgrading of IT systems and peripherals.
  • To review and provide recommendations on process and system improvement.
  • Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong skillset in WIFI, VLAN, WAN and Network Routing.
  • Good knowledge in reputable cloud computing service providers’ services and platforms.
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Independent, result-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Warm and cheerful personality with demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details and a Team player.
