  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirement:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or Software Engineering
  • Maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience,
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional self-starter competencies will be considered for entry level positions too.
  • Relevant work experience in the Financial Services and/or Technology sectors would be an added advantage.
  • Banking background; specifically on retail products.

Technical Qualifications

  • Experience with test automation script languages such as Python, Java, Selenium, Robot Framework, Rest API, Postman, SoapUI, Git, Pivotal Tracker, etc.
  • Beginner or Intermediate level of understanding of the main concepts and processes around bug lifecycle, testing methodology and test estimation.
  • Knowledge in functional testing, application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols, Agile/Hybrid Agile, and DevOps

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge on automation
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal preferably in English.
  • Effective contributor or exposed to working in an agile environment.
  • Extremely diligent, fine eye for details, problem-solving capabilities and a team player.
  • ISTQB or similar test certification

Responsibilities:

  • Complete the assigned task within the assigned timeline
  • Hold accountability on the task quality and accuracy
  • Defects reported within a specific time window by severity
  • Able to handle multiple projects at any one time
  • Independent, require minimum supervision and able to understand user and technical requirements
  • Liaise/ communicate with business users, and other testers to ensure understanding of the user requirements
  • Liaise, communicate, coordinate and work with the relevant teams – internal or external on technical and business-related matters related to their test assignments
  • Perform test preparation in accordance with the project/ work being assigned
  • Develop test plans/ cases/ scripts based on the user/ technical requirements
  • Review test plans/ cases/ scripts based on the user/ technical requirements
  • Ensure that the test environment and the related requirements, such as access, privilege, are in place prior to the planned test execution
  • Prepare the test data which is prerequisite to the test cases/ scenarios to be tested
  • Perform System Integration and User Acceptance Tests, or other test assignments as requested
  • Produce test-related reports as required – i.e., Progress Report, Defect Reporting

Job Types: Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
