The Job

Responsible for strategic planning and efficient administration of marine operations, at Logistic base including:
Vessel movement/scheduling (anchor handling job, mooring buoy maintenances and Vessel Tracking System (VTS) compliance)
Inspection planning. (Pre On-hire, Unannounced, Desktop Review and Verification.)
Compliance management. (Review marine vessel technical criteria, vessel specs, scope of work to meet contractual requirements before submission for approval).
Crew screening processes. (MARSIS CSDS, Marine crews OSP and CCC online application, TOD compliance, Marine crews Active Assessment Exercise (AAE).
Ensures adherence to Client’s requirements and international regulations.
Manages marine documentation reviews.
Coordination with marine coordinators.

Oversees financial aspects of marine operations, including:
Fuel consumption management, and compliance activities.
Ensures efficient financial management within the guidelines.

Prepare and consolidate periodical reporting such as:
Notice of Default (NOD)
Vessel Breakdown / Operation Incident Reporting
Assist on the information for HSSE procedures.
Engage in Logistics Incident Review Panel.
Provide awareness and ensure all staff are adhere to HSSE requirements, procedures, ZETO rules and guidelines.

The Ideal Person

Possess Certificate of Competency (COC) Class 1 Foreign Going (FG) Vessel
Having fifteen (15) years of working experience in marine operations, marine base logistic and other marine related activities in the maritime industry which includes more than five (5) years working experience in the Offshore Marine Operations.
Experienced in Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) inspection and requirement
