Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant, administrative and secretarial support to Director.
  • Maintaining Director's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences
  • Compose and prepare correspondence and presentations, compile documents for meetings.
  • Maintain Director's office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Schedule and coordinate director's travelling arrangement including outstation and overseas travelling.
  • Booking of air flights, accommodation for the scheduled travelling itinerary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the director and Company at all times.
  • To undertake the special assignment, ad-hoc functions, and related duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a degree in the relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience Secretarial, Senior Executive, or Personal Assistant to Directors.
  • Attention to details, highly organized and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, and long hours with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
