CHARGEMAN SUPERVISOR

Job Description Responsibilities :-

· To supervise and report for mechanical and electrical associated works.

· To carry out testing and commissioning upon completion.

· To liaise with site supervisor, site agent and consultant during construction in progress.

· To install street lighting, LV works and maintenance and troubleshooting.

· Work involving wiring, installation and maintaining various electrical appliances such as motor, panel, lighting.

· Receiving maintenance and repair work orders, determining priorities and appropriate standard procedures in conjunction with superior;

· Troubleshoots various Electrical & ELV system problems and consults with superior and colleagues as required;

· Ensure all electrical installation and fitting are in good working condition.

· Ensure that all electrical jobs must be done by a JBE registered competent person.

· Ensure that the preventive maintenance is carried out on M & E system including ACB, MCCB, Protective Relays in electrical switch room and gen-set room.

· You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.

· To maintain good housekeeping, tidiness and cleanliness of plant, site, workshop area, pump house, air compress room, switch rooms and etc.

· To lead, supervise and distribute works to your sub-ordinates efficiently.

· To co-ordinates and support the project managers, supervisor and head-hands at all the times to achieve higher productivity.

· Arrangement of overtime works together with project manager and supervisor.

· To carry out fabrication and project works.

Requirements / Qualification

• SPM qualifications or its equivalent
• Wireman PW4 AND AO-A4 Chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Able to communicate in English and BM
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills

Licence B2,D

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
