Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure finished goods and raw material availability to fulfil and support customer delivery
- Prepare and submit status and daily performance reports
- Manage material supply planning and perform production schedule and release work order to production and ensure machine utilisation at optimum level
- Review production material usage and perform material consumption into work order and highlight any production lot not meeting yield
- Manage subcon FG delivery and material planning
- Monitor work order and WIP aging and drive for work order completion and closure of work order and GRN FG in SAP
- Periodically initiate production or storekeeper to perform stock counting based on selection criteria
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and production colleague to resolve any day-to-day issue and escalate if necessary
- Perform MRP loading into SAP and monitor and identify material supply gap and work with purchaser to address and close the supply gap
- Check material availability and coordinate with purchase in the incoming material, and highlight and expedite shortage if any or to establish contingency plans if primary plan fails
- Prepare monitor weekly and monthly material supply report and perform material supply planning
- Participate in yearly stocktake and perform stock reconciliation
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the in production scheduling and material planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills, good oral & written communication skills, and analytical skills for complex scenarios
- Strong in good usage of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and good understanding of ERP system especially in MRP and Production Order management
- Independent, proactive and strong sense of urgency
- High adaptability to fast changing environment
- Knowledge in SAP system
Salary: Up to RM 3,500
