To manage processing motor and non-motor insurance new application, renewal, and claims. Assistants manage correspondence, take phone calls, reports paperwork, and type documents. Also called insurance claim clerks, clerical and administrative tasks.
Job description:-
To in-charge of motor and non-motor claim insurances process
To advise in handling accident damage.
To ensure customer mobility.
To plan workshop orders on the capacity planning chart and assign technicians to the orders with the co-operation of the workshop master technician.
To obtain customer approval for extensions to orders and provide this information to the workshop master technician / time scheduling.
To check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for Body & Paint.
To observe the applicable Terms and Conditions of Repairs.
To assist Service Manager on market and competition surveys of services on offer.
To agree on payment terms with the customers, according to company set procedures and guidelines.
